To the beach!

Yeah, the beach! We headed off for a day of fun with friends yesterday and we really enjoyed ourselves. When you ask Aaron what the best part of the day was he'll answer with a huge grin "jumping in the waves!" The boy truly is addicted to water I think. It was all I could do to keep him from running in and staying all day. He went jumping in with some friends and they were too cute squealing with delight as the waves crashed into them. He even got water in his mouth which he wasn't fond of, but then just kept right on trucking with his hand over his mouth to keep the salt water out. Pretty cute.

They all enjoyed digging and playing in the sand and collecting shells as well. The weather turned a bit cooler with a breeze towards the end and Aaron proclaimed he was cold and wanted to "snuggle in a towel with momma" and who can say no to that? All in all a great day enjoying God's creation.
