Our delayed Fathers Day went really well last weekend. We let Mike sleep in, made him breakfast, went swimming and out to lunch. Perfect father/son activities. Oh, I tagged along as well, but Aaron doesn't see much use for me when Mike's around! :)

Aaron is starting to get thoughtful now- actually thinking of what others might like more so than HIS likes. When we were looking for a card, Aaron was enthralled with a Tonka truck card. But when I showed him another card (that had alligators on it and it had the word buddy in the text) he said "Ooh, daddy calls me buddy and he likes gators" and he decided to buy Mike that card. I was stunned. Yeah! He's learning to be thoughtful!
