Preschool Christmas Program

the whole production

How cute can a bunch of preschoolers be? Aaron's school put on the "Fairyland Nativity Show" for the parents and it was so cute. They adapted fairy tale songs into Christmas songs telling the story of Christ's birth. They combined the whole school so 4 yr olds were shepherds, Aaron's class were cows, and there were sheep and angels as well as the kindergartners who had the speaking parts of Mary, Joseph etc.

walking out

I loved watching my boy from the audience and seeing him sing. He belted out song after song even adding his own embellishments like dancing, turning in circles, and extra moos throughout. Funny, he never sings at kids choir at church! In fact his teacher, Mrs. Martin said Aaron found his calling since in all rehearsals he sat there doing nothing and never opening his mouth. But the moment you add a stage, audience, and lights he puts on a show. :) And I only heard once during a lull in the music, "Mooo, momma, Mooo" with Aaron's little voice.

The lighting was pretty poor so my pictures aren't that good but I'll post a few anyway. Mike and I were so proud!

That is hilarious! It's also ironic that he was a cow...did he break out in hives being that close to a cow :-).
